Reapplying after a pop tribunal was created by Catherine Thompson
I had my tribunal yesterday. I was reawarded mobility at the enhanced rate but missed out on living allowance by 2 points. I have decided not to appeal this just in case. However my health has become a lost worse since my pip assessment last June. Can I reapply now as a new claim for the living part or do I have to apply for all again?

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

As you already have an award you cannot make a new claim, however, you can report a deterioration in your conditions and ask to be reassessed, but think carefully before doing this, you conditions worsening does not mean that you will necessarily score more points and the reassessment will be a full review of your claim, new PIP2 and almost certainly a face to face assessment.
