PIP and ESA was created by Jeannie Newton
Had PIP assessment end November 2016 received enhanced rate for both. the actual assessment was a nightmare I became very poorly during it, had to be brought out in wheelchair, but pleased with result. during the period of Christmas and yesterday I had 3 ESA assessments cancelled on the day, finally had the assessment and again became very poorly during it, will have to wait for results. found it all very distressing don't want to go through that again any time soon spent days in bed recovering, still feeling poorly after Tuesdays assessment have to see doctor today, pain off the chart. At least it's over for now. Does anyone know, my PIP award goes past my official retirement age, are you still assessed after retirement? Thankyou for your help filling in form, was so poorly I don't think I did very well answering the question's face to face, but did fill the form in well and provide all medical backup proof. Thankyou.

Congratulations on the PIP Award.

I'm afraid, if your award is for a fixed term then you will be reassessed, this was one of the founding principles of PIP.
