I have my dreaded face to face appointment today. I'm really worried as to how I go about it but will try to just be myself and hope what I say and do isn't misunderstood.
When I walk in can I say that I have poor memory due to my illness and that I am going to record the audio in case they report something I didn't say?
Any other advice? I suffer with M.E/C.F.S which I have have had over 12 years now, it varies a lot but mostly I am unfortunately housebound with little to no energy and when I do do something I make the most of it as I know I'll be paying for it the following days. I've rested up a lot to be able to go today and will be getting a lift in.

I'm guessing that we have missed you.
Good luck
