Representation at 1st tier tribunal in Salisbury

My wife is going to a tribunal in Salisbury for an appeal against a PIP decision. I can only find one solicitor in the area who seems to deal with this. Does anyone know of other sources of representation in this area?

Thanks,

Tony B

Welcome to the forum.

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

Be careful of using a solicitor, Social Security law is a specialist area and few solicitors have any experience.

You can do an internet search for "welfare advice" with your postcode, town or county.

However, be aware that it can be very difficult to get help with a First Tier appeal since Legal Aid was removed.

Fightback4justice do anywhere in the country. They normally need advance notice though to prepare the case properly. They are doing my PIP appeal. They have a facebook page and website.

Just had a look at this website Fightback4justice and joined up. I think with this website and the new one i hope will help me considerably with my DLA to PIP just starting now. I love the fact they do example filled in forms for your condition whatever that may be. Thank you for pointer. Il have a degree in ESA and DLA to PIP by the time I'm finished as ESA currently in for Mandatory Reconsideration too. Fingers crossed.
