ESA renewal was created by Susan Smith

Hi,
I'm in the ESA support group and have been for some years now, when I rang them last year they told me it was due for renewal middle of March, it was deferred previously due to the backlog, however, I was expecting to have the form through by now to fill in but not had one yet, I was wondering whether there is still a backlog?

There are still delays in the assessment process in parts of the country but as far as we are aware the DWP are no longer holding reassessments back.

Your current award remains in place until a new Decision is made.

You can contact Maximus to see whether they have received your file from the DWP.
