I've just sent my claim form for PIP, i never had a medical for ESA i was put into the support group, i was wondering if i will have to go for a medical for PIP ? Also i was receiving texts from them before i sent my form away telling me they hadn't received the form but now i've sent it and by recorded delivery and i know who signed for it but they have not sent me texts to say they received it, should i be worried that they will say they haven't received it ? I would appreciate if anybody could help with answers.

I would call the DWP about your form, I believe that they have had a problems with receiving and scanning the forms over the last few days.
Aa to the assessment, the decision for a face to face is made by the Assessment Provider primarily on the content of your PIP2 and the evidence that you have attached.
