Would that be the medical GP report? PIP consultation with a HP does the DWP take note of that consultation when assessing ESA ? do the same descriptors apply?

You do not have to contact ATOS unless you need to change the appointment. Be warned that you are allowed to do this only once without penalty.

The ESA assessor will probably not even know that you have a PIP claim. If there is anything you want them to know, you need to submit this information yourself rather than relying on DWP/Maximus to source it.,

The descriptors for PIP and ESA are very different, even the mobility ones that appear similar. Make sure you read the guides carefully so that you understand the respective descriptors.
