My refusal to take part in physical test

My question is. shall my esa benefit be affected since i did not take part in the physical part of the test?
ps.
One interesting thing. i used to be in the support group. two years ago. i was placed in the work group but never has my work coaches suggest to me i should take a look at finding work. during my time with work coaches i find they just make suggestions to what my options could be if i wanted to find work. they have never pushed into work. One of my work coaches hinted to me I should be in the support group.

Did you explain why you were refusing? As a general rule refusing the physical activities will not help your claim, but I would not expect it to do any real damage to it either.
If you refused because it would have caused significant discomfort, then it was reasonable for you to do this.
You cannot be asked to work or to even seek work while you are receiving ESA.

iccsmate wrote: Gordon. thank you for your reply to my question. I easily become confused. I made a mistake when writing my question. I meant to say I'm in the work group in esa and not support. as I already said. I refused to take part I the physical part of the assessment. just before the point where my health professional ended the assessment he asked me why I wouldn't complete the test and and did not answer him. he indirectly said out loud it is because it will cause you too much pain. we left the room and outside in the reception area he gave me some water to drink and watched me drink it. I realised he wanted to see if I could reach to my arms to my mouth. I realised they watch your every move from the minute you enter and leave the building. I get stressed out when going there.
Try not to worry too much, ESA Decision are taking 2-4 weeks at the moment.
