Hi there I've woken today to a brown envelope which is pip awards review. It's a form which asks if anything has changed to which it hasnt. Anyone had this form as I've been on low rate care and enhanced rate mobility for about 7-8 months and I'm worried I'll fill it out wrong

Most, but definitely not all claimants are receiving this Review form when the DWP look again at their PIP award.
The PIP claim guide explains how to complete it and also discusses some of the issues associated with completing this form.
