Thank you so much for your help and advice , Been transferred from DLA to PIP been given enchant rate on both ,with a life time award

PIP does not have lifetime awards !
The best outcome for PIP is what's known as "for an ongoing period" which is the nearest that you will get to the old DLA indefinite awards.
With an ongoing award, they should not bother you again for at least 10 years.
