so why do I have to complete a Capability for work quesionnaire for my ESA just days after hearing from the DWP decision maker about my PIP being approved? After over six months of distress while CAPITA and the DWP messed about with my PIP application, lost it, lied about it, and finally reviewed it, thanks to my insistance and my MPs office getting involved, I finally received standard award from March 8th and a nice back payment to September 2016. Then to receive a Capability for work questionnaire from the ESA, with almost the same questions, also requiring medical evidence, and a month to supply it all, and guess what, it comes from a different department of the DWP! So I still have to do it! Jobs for the boys methinks, well it stinks. Another letter to my MP is on the way, what a waste of Government money, and they make us, the claimants feel guilty about applying for help!!,

Because they are different benefits, with different criteria. Sorry!
