Trying to change the road tax classification on a car. Post office turned us away with a booklet with phone number and address inside - tired the phone numbers, going round and round and can`t get anywhere. There was no button to press on the automated answering to talk to a person, only about DLA!! The DL404 form is for DLA - I get PIP the higher rate and am a wheelchair user. Can someone help me through this process? as I am getting angrier and more depressed the more walls I come up against? Why is nothing even straight forward? Surely it should be easier than spending 2 hours going around in circles! Any help would be appreciated
