PIP

You can at any time prior to the hearing opt for a Paper hearing that you do not need to attend. If you do this then you need to ensure that your submission and any 9other paperwork that you want the panel to review is with the Tribunal Service as you will not be notified of a hearing.

I have to warn you that the success rate of a Paper hearing is about a 1/4 of that for a hearing you attend, the panel having the opportunity to answer you about your problems can make a big difference to your appeal being successful.
