I note that Capita expect people tpo travel up to 90 mins via public transport to assesment. My question is what about the walking time to bus stops and from bus stops to train station and from main rail station to bus stop and bus stop to Capita centre ? Are these walks and changing time waits factored in ?

The 90 minutes is set by the DWP, journey times should include walking but times will of course be for a healthy person. Google (and Bing) can also provide similar routes and also take into account the time of day and bus and train timetables.
