Good afternoon.
Following my esa assessment scoring 0 points although previously in support group I have had to look for work as I wasn't entitled to use.
I am receiving basic was until appeal date and have been offered a job following interview as a ward clerk 8.5 hours a week.
I know I am entitled to carry out permitted work but will this go against me at appeal and how do you work and still send in sick/fit notes....very confusing.

It is only Permitted Work if the DWP agree to it so you must contact them immediately about this work.

Your doing the PW will not affect your appeal, but will be taken into account at your next assessment.
