Esa Test on this site was created by Layla
I have just completed the ESA test on this site and got 72 points!
However, I was only awarded 6 points by ATOS at my medical in Feb.
As notified by this site it is possible that the ATOS reports are changed by DWP i did ask the ATOS Nurse Practitioner who took my test for a copy of my report and was denied.
Is there any way i can get a copy of the original report to compare the results - i did pay the money for help on this site and found it to be a costly mistake

I don't think there's any way that you can get the original version of the report if you have been given a tidied up version.

I am sorry that you feel that you have wasted your money joining this site. If you'd like to ask for a refund, contact Steve Donnison at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

people never get in the test on here what atos and the DM give you

a rule of thumb is for most problems divide by 6 :) your score here ... if you have

ME/CFS or say have Fibromyalgia then less than 15 is a good bet from atos and the DM

0 very common

what this site does well IMO is let you know that there is a good chance the result failing you could be wrong

what you now know is that you have a case to appeal and the information on here to give you a decent chance at that appeal

Most people who subscribe to B & W usually come back frequently for advise and to contribute to the many threads posted by people who are having a hard time whilst being assesed/re-assesed, so in that respect it is not a costly mistake by any means , I doubt you will find as much imformation on any another welfare related website.

Also remember it costs to host websites such as B & W and in that respect I think the subscription rate is very reasonable.

As has been mentioned many times Atos have there own unique way of assessing people which is designed more to save money for the goverment as opposed to continuing paying out to claiments.

Perhaps I should mention that whether or not you are entitled to ESA is based on whether you meet certain specific criteria and our tests on here are based on those.

The Atos method of assessing whether you meet the criteria uses a computerised system that has been widely criticised not only on here but in many places elsewhere.

Thus being assessed by Atos as not meeting the criteria for ESA does not mean that our online test is wrong. If you answer the questions in our test honestly, then you will get accurate results. If, then, you do not get the same number of points in your medical, it is open to you to put in an appeal, and as Dave has pointed out, our materials can also help with the appeal process.
