Is the return date of the ESA50 form strict ?
I was thinking of sending a letter with a copy of the Special Delivery receipt today to let them know - I don't want them to stop my ESA claim. What do you think?

I realise that when I post a message on this Forum that t does not show on the Forum until it goes through the moderators. But I thought I may see it waiting in my profile. But I don't! Now I wonder if I pressed the button to send it to you !

Contact the Royal Mail. It used to be that there were two tracking pages, one that their main directed you to and another that was lined to elsewhere, I often found the a package was marked as not delivered on the main page but was showing as delivered on the other page.

I'm afraid posts go into an approval queue which only the Moderators can see, they won't even show up on your own profile page until approved into the forum.

Is the 2-3 weeks referring to after they've had a f2f? And those that are waiting months referring to the people who have been waiting to hear anything once the ESA50 is submitted?
I'm interested in how long the wait is after submitting the ESA50.
Thank you.

Yes, the 2-3 weeks we quote for ESA decisions is from the time the claimant's file is returned to DWP. However, when there are considerable delays they are happening at any/every stage of the process.
