PIP tribunal was created by Nette65

I have my PIP tribunal on 17th July - I applied in April last year, was assessed in October, turned down in February & I appealed.

I can't get anyone from the Sheffield ME/Fibromyalgia group or Fightback for Justice to attend with me so I'm having to rely on my dyslexic husband.

I've downloaded some of your notes on fibro & cfs diaries.

I just need to know, is there a dress code for a tribunal or is it wear what's comfy?

Thanks

Hi Nette65,

There is no dress code for tribunals, just wear whatever you are comfortable in (given this heat, there's not much I am comfortable in!).

Good luck with the tribunal. Please let us know how it went, when you are able.

Good luck Nette. I've got mine next Tuesday (7th), and I'm in such a state about it, I hadn't even thought about what to wear......oh no, one more thing to worry about!!! A x

Hi, I have my pip tribunal on 12th June. Since my initial face to face assessment I have had a total hip replacement . Should I mention this as it happened after I had sent in my pip form ?
Thanks,
Chrissie

I would not hide the fact, but the panel cannot take into account any changes in your condition that occurred after the Decision being appealed was made.
