No ESA Medical

I was advised they have sent it back to the Decision Maker now because they had enough evidence sent from me, and the questionnaire form back from the GP.
Based on this, it is likely I will be put into one of the ESA groups - and not on Job Seekers. I thought everyone had ESA Medicals. Help?

You cannot be found Fit for Work without attending a face to face assessment, so you should be placed in one of the two groups.

I have explained I am not in a position at the moment, but she'll be calling me back next week. Does this means I have been placed on the Work Related Group? I did explain to her that my continence issues when placed in stressful / panic situations are much worse, at least weekly, and I am not under the Continence Team and get issued pads. The thought of attending has made me ill, and I just know this will deteriorate my condition.
It would seem so but the only way you will know for certain is to contact the DWP.
