If you have explained on the form your limitations then it should not be a problem, you have to understand that the Mods only view of a claimants problems are what they post on the forum.
If your anxiety prevents you from leaving your home then you may be able to score points for the Going Out Descriptors (b) or (e) providing you can also show that you suffer from "overwhelming psychological distress". If the anxiety is limited to Public Transport only, then you may struggle to score, whilst the DWP guidance makes reference to the use of Public Transport, the actual Descriptors do not and we regularly see Decision Makers use this as a reason to deny points,

Thank you, Gordon
Sorry, just like many here I am anxious about it all and meds and health conditions make it hard to take in and retain everything.
The bit about if descriptor applies for part of the day, means you meet the requirements for a descriptor also baffles me. I am confused by this as elsewhere it seems that the guide says for the majority of the time.

This can be complicated.
First of all the general requirement is the majority of days not the majority of the time, it's an important difference.
At some time during the day is dependant on the activity. So as an example; if someone wakes up with severe pain and it takes several hours for their pain medication to take effect then they should be able to argue that their ability to complete activities such as washing and dressing would be limited by the pain as these are things that it would be reasonable to assume would be done first thing in the day.
However, it's unlikely that this argument would hold for preparing a meal, for example, as it would be reasonable to assume that this would be something that could be done later in the day when their pain is no longer an issue, Of course if there were reasons why they had to eat a meal first thing in the day, then the original argument could come back into play, but they would need explain why this was the case.
