Can I just check this, that if you don;t attend and they cut the PIP, you can then go straight to tribunals stage? Thanks

No! This is incorrect, as far as I am aware the OP has had an MR which left the Decision unchanged.

Also, their appeal is only in regard their failure to attend, not an award of PIP.
