Hello All

I am back!

I have been thru the ESA & tribunal all with you before back in 2012 and with help and advice got placed into the support group.

Last year the PIP renewal awarded high on both mobility and care without the need for tribunal thanks to this wonderful site and DIAL.

And here we go again the ESA50 form I am not able to get to DIAL house now as they are not taking people out of their immediate area due to workload. I have been to age the lady was helpful I am now doing my extra information sheets to include in the form.
I wanted to know if I posted my answers to questions here if anyone could look thru them and advice if I had covered what I needed to say.

Thanks

58 pages of medical reports perscription copies...consutant letters

12 pages of added information to the actual ESA form

PLUS the ESA form itself

3 weeks later

DONE

it is not due back for another 12 days, is it advisable to send now or wait till a few days before and send recorded signed for I have kept a copy of everything being sent. the only one item I do not want to send is latest IAPT report as it is really quite raw in its information not the type of thing I want swimming about in a call centre.

Thanks for al the hard work in getting the guides together they helped give me the confidence to carry thru this. And now I wait I guess Thank god my son who is 18 and wants to study law enjoyed helping me and got his teeth stuck into it.

Jojo

It's really up to you when to send it, but as a general rule it costs more to do so the later that you leave it.

Your file is confidential and only those with a reason to do so will have access to it, but if you want to hold something back then you can do so and hand it to the assessor on the day of any face to face assessment.
