So with the government implementing new mobility rules for people with mental health conditions being downgraded from 12 points for those undergoing psychological distress, i have a few questions i am hoping you can clarify:
1. Are the changes definitely going to come into affect or does there have to be some sort of parliamentary scrutiny/debate before it becomes law? 2. If it is law, when my PIP review approaches, will i be judged on the original PIP criteria or the new ones?
