I've been helping my learning-disabled relative through the DLA-PIP transfer. We got the PIP2 form not long before Christmas and I used the Sep16_v23 guide to fill it in, being the latest version available at that time, and also had it's guidance in mind during the ATOS grilling a couple of weeks ago.
Q13 in our PIP2 corresponded to the v23 guidance, but now I see a new guide, v25 with a new Q13 wording. (I never even noticed v24!).
Will the Decision Maker make allowance for the use of the older PIP2 form, or will the PIP claim suffer, do you think?
Te new guide (v.25) includes the changes to the PIP Descriptors that were enacted at midnight.
Version v.24 is in the archive section at the bottom of the PIP page and includes the changes that resulted from the three Judge UTT Decision on the Going Out activity.
Version v.23 is the version that precedes any of these changes.
