If I can navigate a familiar route (to my shop for example) but that's about all can I get higher rate pip mobility?

I get confused on unfamiliar routes and sometime on familiar routes.

My doctor wrote dwp a letter saying I get confused in unfamiliar surroundings and that I can ask people for help because of my autism and schizophrenia.

If you are assessing yourself as being able to reliably follow a familiar route on the majority of days then you are excluding yourself from scoring against the 12 point Descriptor, so you will need to also score on the Moving Around activity to receive the Enhanced rate
