ESA Medical

I'm off to have my ESA medical this afternoon and because life has made me a pessimist I am a bit worried.

Things have change slightly.
Had a phone call an hour before the appointment saying they are way behind and my appointment is cancelled!!!

Today I had a local service compliance telephone interview which I was told would be at 13.00 hrs.
Surprise surprise the time is now 14.53 hrs and no phone call.
Is this acceptable?
What can one do?
Should we, the peasants, revolt?
The older I get the more I realise this country is finished for poor people who are disabled, it won't be long before we are squeezed out of society completely!
