Walking or moving?

That's a decision that only your and your wife can make.

To receive an Enhanced award, assuming she has no problems with Going Out, you will need to show that she cannot reliably stand and then move (walk) more than 20m on the majority of days.

Issues such as the speeds of her walking, her stopping and her gait come under the general heading of reliably, but the primary consideration will still be the distance so you will need to explain any restriction to this as well.
