Hello

Would you be able to direct me to a link to CSPIP/109/2015 RC vs Secretary of State in which Judge Agnew held that a claimant who cannot follow a route etc

Although Disability Rights UK are still showing this as an applicable Decision, I think that at least in part that this may have been superseded by the recent 3 Judge UTT Decision.

CAB felt I had a good case. Will look for your link where you can see what happens at tribunal
