I've just recently joined this forum but I'm having a home PIP assessment by ATOS tomorrow. I'm quite surprised - I didn't request a home assessment as I just presumed I wouldn't be granted one. I've been on DLA for 25 years due to visual impairment so I'm guessing they want to check out my daily living limitations first hand.
I've moved your post to it's own topic, we ask members not to put their questions in other people's topics as it can lead to the wrong advice being given or taken!
It's just an indication that the Assessment Provider accepts that your conditions are serious enough to warrant a home assessment.
