hi please can you explain what happens if when trying to answer the set questins for Pip, I meet two of the descriptors in the catergory choices, one answer is worth 2 points the other 4 points, for example . the cooking question, I can cook using aids , but I also need help to cook . no one response covered both these options ? so how would this be assessed and accurate points be awarded?? help !!! thanks in advance
