PIP-Mandatory Reconsideration Notice

Just received notice of rejection of lifelong mobility component previously giving for DLA, but the reasons just appear computer generated. Does anyone know what rsquo's mean? Further the narrative ends in an incomplete sentence "You said you have difficulties moving around." No following detail.
The whole section of "My decision" appears computer generated with no relationship to the information submitted and is incoherent. Does anyone else have experience of this and know what rsquo means?

"rsquo" is HTML (web code) for an apostrophe, so I am not surprised that you are confused.

If there is no explanation of how the Decision Maker has come to their Decision then all I can suggest is that you contact the DWP office dealing with your claim and ask for a new Decision Letter with the DM's reasons properly explained.

Be aware that you need to make any Mandatory Reconsideration request within one month of the date of the Decision so keep a watch on the elapse time.
