After having to wait to see if the dwp would allow us to go to appeal, we have now heard they are.

We are appealing my daughters pip, as she got awarded dla last year but then as she was 16 in November had to go over to pip. Following this she was refused after assessment, on the assessment the paramedic who came out put down the opposite of what we said and also has written that my daughter will be fully recovered in 3months. To which my daughters paeditition who has said that no-one can say if and when the illness will go and that she might have it for the rest of her life.

has anyone taken representation with the to the appeal/tribunal ? If so, can anyone recommend someone in Bristol to take.
Thanks Sharon

Try doing an internet search for "welfare advice" with your postcode, town or county.

You can also try contacting any charities that specialise in your daughter's conditions.
