Hello, how can it be worded and 'proved' if you are living on your own, that it is help you need?
Thank you.

The primary problem will be documenting that you need help when no help is available, you need to explain how you manage in these circumstances.

Typically your arguments will fall into four categories.

- as you don't have the help you cannot complete an activity as a result.

- you can complete the activity but cannot do so reliably because for example; it takes you far longer than is reasonable to complete an activity, you can only do it at certain times or on certain days, or every X days, etc.

- you can complete the task but doing so has a significant impact on the other tasks that you need to do

- you can complete the task but only by harming yourself physically or mentally.
