Do DWP or CHDA/Maximus have knowledge that members of this forum have access to the invaluable guides that B&W provide us with? Are the guides the same as they refer to?

Unless a member has used their real name in the forum, then how would the DWP or Maximus know?

They are referring to the WCA Handbook (for ESA), there is a copy of this in the ESA section.

Our guides are compiled from the legislation, the legally defined Descriptors, the DWP documentation and Upper Tier Case Law as applicable.
