Good or a bad sign? (PIP) was created by emma
Hiya Guys,

I was sent a letter from ATOS (or whatever they are called now) saying that i do not need to have a FTF assessment as they have been able to complete my assessment report without it. Does anyone know if this is a good or a bad sign?Has anyone else had this? I am also wondering how long now it will be until i get a decision as i am driving myself crazy thinking about it. If anyone has any information i would really appreciate it. Thanks :)

It's usually a good thing.

PIP Decisions are currently taking 2-4 weeks.

Even though you did not have a face to face there will still be an assessment report which you can request a copy of by contacting the DWP dealing with your claim.
