PIP tribunal decision backpay was created by Diane
I was originally granted Pip Standard care and Standard mobility. Recently, following an 'F2F' reassessment at my home I was awarded 2 points for mobility and zero for care. Following a mandatory reconsideration I was awarded 10 points for mobility and 6 for Care.
I now receive standard rate mobility back dated to when they stopped my claim. I am now awaiting a tribunal date which I have been told can be as late as October.
If I win my appeal will I have my Care money backdated to when it was originally stopped? (ie: February).
Thanks in advance for any Help

Both an MR and appeal re-make the original Decision so any increased award will be back dated to when your Daily Living award stopped.
