You need to start thinking about your own submission to the appeal.
If you have opted for a Paper hearing that you do not attend then your submission must be with the Tribunal Service no later then four weeks from the date on the letter accompanying the DWP submission.
If you have opted to attend your hearing then you can submit information and evidence up to seven days before the hearing, which the TS will inform you of. If you can try and send your submission and evidence all at once.
The aim of your submission is to show why you meet the criteria for an award and why the views, primarily of the assessor, are wrong, but showing you should score the points for an award is by far and away the most important thing.
