Concerning mixing with people, is it worth pointing out on PIP2 or review form that last time I was assessed ATOS refused home visit and refused to assess me at my local assessment centre due to risk of aggressive outbursts. I had to go to a centre where they had more staff!
The point I want to get across is this: ATOS felt there was a risk to the assessor but ironically I was awarded just 2 points for needs prompting.
This does not reflect the difficulties I have and the support I actually need when it comes to mixing with people and does not take into consideration medical evidence supplied which refers to difficulty I have mixing which now includes emotionally unstable personality disorder as well as anxiety, panic attacks and depression and so on.
I would certainly mention the reasons you were refused a home assessment but to score higher you are going to need to show that you require "social support", see the PIP Claim guide for more details.
