Hi - im currently having my DLA assessed into PIP and have 3 questions: 1. Is there a legal timescale framework for the PIP/2 assessment phase ? If not can you indicate a common timescale ?
2. When submitting a SARS request for PIP, could you confirm the documents names i should ask for: no medical - is it the PA3 ? medical - is it the PA4 ? Should i ask for any other documents starting PA as well as these Are there any other titled or reference-numbered documents or reports i should specifically request 3. Who do i send my PIP SARS to ? Is it the address on the invitation to apply letter ?
There is no required timescale for the assessment phase, at the moment waiting times are at least 10-12 weeks.
You don't need to use a SAR, you can just contact the DWP office dealing with your claim and ask for the PA4 if you have a F2F or the PA3 if you don't, at that stage I would not expect there to be any other documents. If you do use a SAR then again send it to the office dealing with your claim.
