PIP assessment timescales was created by T Kennedy
My daughter, who has been receiving DLA for 20 years (it was awarded for life!), sent in her PIP application in January this year. She had an acknowledgement dated 2nd Feb, but has heard absolutely nothing since. Does anyone have any info on how long it will be before she receives an appointment for an assessment?

There has been significant slow down in the PIP assessment process, waiting times are at least 10-12 weeks at the moments and some areas are even longer.
