If you are taking medication where a side effect could be dizziness or reduced coordination etc.would the health proffessional at a WCA be obliged to inform DVLC? Thanks.
I don't think they are actually obliged to notify DVLA (unless they believe that you are a real danger to yourself and others, in which case they should tell you that they intend to notify) although they might suggest that you should do that yourself.
The assessor will certainly draw conclusions from the fact that you drive (regarding things such as your attention span, dexterity, sitting ability, concentration etc) and might argue that you cannot be badly affected by the side effects if you still drive. So be prepared to explain this if it arises.
