I didn't have a medical test for my pip, is it because the Assesor could see i was distressed, I have ASPERGERS to.

There could be lots of reasons why they did not do a physical test, your distress could be one, your physical limitations may be obvious, they may have felt there was enough evidence that they did not need to bother.

You should be able to request a copy of the assessment report by contacting the DWP office dealing with your claim, give it a couple of days from the assessment.

PIP Decisions are taking around 2-4 weeks.
