Are F2F appointments required more often with Maximus than were with ATOS for ESA ? Or are they run the same only the name has changed ? Any other differences between the 2 ? Are the assessment centres the exact same places ?

We don't really have enough visibility of the process to make a statement either way, we are seeing members who did not have a F2F last time being asked to attend this time, but whether this is a change of policy/approach or simply because they weren't seen last time, in other words they would have been asked to attend by ATOS, I can't say.
