Hi im probably jumping the gun regarding uc in my area but could i ask would i be affected by uc im in the esa support group have been since 2012 and get both enhanced rates of pip thanks in advance

Whilst all ESA claimants will eventually be moved to UC and or New ESA, this will not happen for several years at least, in the interim the only people who will be effected are those where a new claim for UC is required, for example where the person moves from one Local Authority to another and they have to make a new claim for Housing Benefit.
