I nead appeal PIP court . HOW CAN i was created by simon54
I need apeal PIP decidion. I nead writen latter.
PIP point mobility 10 point.
Daily living 11 point standart rate.
As you see , for mobility 2 point, daily living 1 point short.
Whic is if they give me true point, it can bee more than this point.
I can not preparing food. My right hand , swollen. I don't have lenf. If it get damaged, also diabetes It did not cover as normal. I get burn to many times. Also cut finger. I can not managed cook. When I see knife on my minde suicide cames.
I can not standing AS GOR COOKING.
waist leg pain and cramps killing me.
I get confused. I can not keep up with my belly and my knees. The smell of cooking stinks my asthma. what else can i say. I do not cook.
But she says with aid or appliance prepare or cook simple meal. Does she mean fry egs? Tost brad. But butter on?

I can not bath my self. Nead step in an out, rich all my bady, my husband doing that. When I nead for cramp also standing, sitting, he help me.
Dressing undressing he help me.
When I get panic attacks I can not found worb to say. I remember Turkish. PAIN make me blac out.
Without reading glasses I can not read. I HAVE DRY EYES , diabety
even glasses not eazy .most time vision bad.
I don't coomunication problem. When I see peaple I get tired. I spoke saying Alot of think. Peaple don't want to be with me. After canser treatment they effects. They ascape.
When I am alone I use to buy many think., not now. They get lost. They prefer who has many and enjoyable place.
Pip examm thay she ask me how I will be social.
I says we went down stairs. Beck yard has bank. If peaple say hello, I make my day.
She give me zero point.
Also she say I can look at here eyes.
With out any body I don't trust my self to go travelling. WHEN I get cramp, pain, I nead massage. Also wc. If Get tired I nead seet. when sugar level down I get panic. If unknown place I get qonfice.

It was first time for me walk a lone to shops. I says I bougt flower. But I did not say , when I go downstairs with my husband. Also when I returned I was get lock. I call my husband to came I walk with me to sport me.

She has lenfoma but she can drink water with lenf hand.

She was ask me can you wear this time ahow me my elastik trousers. I wear that. Because it was sumer and I did not put tishort in. With my had meen yes.
But she put for my dressing, I dont need help day or nigt just 2. For put shos on. Socks on.
I am diabetic. I had test. When i Am not well , suger level down, .My hands are shaking. I can match the blood on the finger somewhere. I mentioned it on the form. he took what he saw in the eye.
She says she doesn't need supervision.
Also when I put my insulin, rigt hand not poverfool.
She did not get this point.
I know my file get a lot of points.
But whic my huspital doctor says change your GP in first seeing. What she write them. What she says dwp?
I chance my GP .after canser she never look at my breast side. Mestoctime ,side. She saw me week. She star fighting from first wheb I get sickness also

To receive a higher award you are going to have to show that you should score the points one.
For the Daily Living component this means that you are going to have to score higher on at least one activity than you were marked by the Decision Maker.
Your options for the Mobility component will depend on what you actually scored for, what Descriptors did you score against?
You raise a lot of issues for the Daily Living activities but without an understanding of what
you actually scored, it's difficult say what areas you might score higher for. The Decision Letter should tell you what points you scored for each activity, if you can tell us what these are and the points awarded then we may be able to hep you concentrate on the areas you are most likely to be able to increase your score against.
Have you requested a Mandatory Reconsideration and been turned down again, so the next stage is to appeal?
Or have you just had the Decision and need to request an MR?
