DLA Child Claim was created by Jazmine
How would I be able to find out if my daughter's mother is currently claiming DLA for my daughter. She has additional needs and has recently come to live with me after the courts deemed her mother unfit to look after her.

You will need to contact the Disability Service Centre on 0800 121 4600.

You may need to provide details of your right to this information before they supply it.

Also, it would help to emphasise that you are the full time carer if this is the case.
