GP refusing to supply letter confirming my health conditions

One thing that I did was to contact the secretaries of the hospital consultants to ask for a diagnosis letter and confirm any hospital supplied medication. Also, I don’t know if Patients Know Best is uK wide or just in my area but…. if you can sign up to it do so. The benefits of this include - Copies of letters sent from consultants to GPs - you’ll be able to view and download those letters instead of waiting for anything in the post. You can access blood test results and they have some helpful links to sites that explain the test and test result. Also in Patients Know Best are any appointments being sent to you. You get an email to say to check PKB for your appointment. No more waiting for something that’s gone astray in the post. There are other aspects to PKB that I have not used but you can explore.
