Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

It sounds as if you were invited to claim PIP.

You have missed at least three letters over an 8 week period.

Have you checked with the Royal Mail for problems with the post in your area?

If your DLA has been stopped then there is nothing you can now do to re-instate it, all you can do is complete the PIP Claim form that you are being sent and try for an award.

See the PIP Claim guide for further details.

They will have sent you a letter inviting you to claim PIP.

After four weeks a second letter telling you that your DLA payments have been suspended but if you make a claim for PIP within four weeks of the date of the letter, then they will be re-instated.

Finally you will have been sent a letter telling you that as you have not started a PIP Claim your DLA claim is being closed.

There may have also been reminder letters.

As the address the DWP have for you appears to be correct then your only other option is to show that the letters were not sent.
