WRAG activities, and their frequency, would depend entirely in the JobCentre adviser. Activities would be mandatory but should take account of your limitations.

Every 2 weeks at the job Centre was an issue, caused a load of anxiety and restlesssnees and also wasn't the answer anyway. This is what I'm looking to avoid as time and space have proved so valuable. Having to deal with all this though is stunting the progress which is something I do t wa t to happen. The WRAG isn't the answer.

It may not be a choice, you need to show that you meet the criteria for the SG.

Is the WRAG an every day thing? Every month?, 3 months? 6 months? Have read examples of all so far. Also have read that none of it is mandatory for an ESA claim in terms of having to apply or attend programmes etc. Then have also read that it can be on the same lines as the work programme, which played a big part in why I had to sign away from the Jobcrntre originally (was on the verge of going there, and being sent to environments that are not good condition wise is not the answer)

All this inconsistency of information is a concern, as condition wise have come so far with time and space to deal with things everyday, and that is the way forwards. To jealousies that would be crazy, and having to think about this is taking away from making progress Day to Day.

To respond to a previous post also, there is a letter that I should be sent after the esa1 interview I had, this is to confirm the statement I gave And to send my fit note.

As always thanks for your thoughts

Think all the what ifs and "situations" have blown my mind a bit, a good example of what I have to get across tbh! Again time and space mean I can deal with it and work through moods and thoughts. Having wrong environments doesn't work with this.

It is unlikely to be daily, weekly is a possibility although monthly is more likely, especially if you are unable to challenge the Decision. WFIs are mandatory and WRA can be also, with sanctions if you fail to participate.

As we have said before, your limitations should be taken into account in deciding what you are required to do.

I am not trying to frighten you, but this is how the WRAG is operated.

As to the letter, these are standard letters and do not always reflect current policies, I can only repeat my understanding which is that reminders for outstanding Fit Notes are no longer sent, it is down to the claimant to manage this. If there was a requirement for you to confirm the contents of your ESA1 then you would have been sent it for signature, as this does not appeared to have happened, you should assume that there no requirement.
