So you understand that you will need to meet either of the following

"Cannot cope with any change to the extent that day to day life cannot be managed."

"Engagement in social contact is always precluded due to difficulty relating to others or significant distress experienced by the individual."

Although "cannot" and "always precluded" are absolute statements you can argue that they should not be taken as "never", but the standard you will need to meet with these is very high, if I was to use a percentage then probably something like 90-95% of the time.

And so 90/95% of the time being in those environments has a significant effect on things and quality of life. This process shows this, the fact that I now have no clarity and have lost perspective on the wider picture.

This really isn't set up for this kind of thing as now am finding it hard to describe how it is as I am in the middle of it all. Spoke to the Drs assistant who mentioned giving them the letter back with what I want added to it, but right now am unsure of how and what to put down. Although Iv read your guide a few times now it's not as clear as meeting those descriptors as there as more to it. It's getting that across.

You can see now the difference that the support group over the WRAG would make. As Iv said one is as unsuitable an environment as this form!

Am even beginning to get paranoid over "if I put something down can it be used against me" as have read through some sites trying to get ways to put things down. Have even been advised to not be too positive, which again is difficult as trait of all this is honesty and anxiety towards false situations. Which all of this is.

There are worked examples of answers in the ESA Claim guides.

Is at a stage where I even am thinking when writing now thinking if it can be spun one way or another. This is stuff that is just natural to me and isn't black or white, it's very environmentally dependant. It's also stuff that I cant always put into words.

So have looked at the for some more and bean writing, have done the general parts and things that don't apply, then got to writing in the box about the condition. As aspergers/HFA on its own isn't the issue as such (just a label/condition), have gotte into listing the comorbids and how they are day to day. Have done this in a list form, so it is kinda like bullets points.

For example

Issues with repetitive tasks - Hyperactivity
- Depression after a short while
- Anxiety

That way it isn't a paragraphed story of things, as it is all situational, and am talking about things that happen the majority of the time. This has filled up all of the page and the box that is there for more information, and I could still add more. Could expand on each point but is that a good thing?

Also maybe this is just paranoia but the more I write down I get a feeling of "is this something you really want on a record". All of it is true but seeing it written identifies across in a way that just feels different and could be "interpreted" aload of ways I guess. This is a very individualised thing and isn't a disability it's a condition. Does the writing I am doing get used for anything other than this form and to look for ESA? Or have I watched too many movies!?
